What's New For the 2020 Jeep Wrangler?
The all-new Jeep Wrangler comes in two variants, (2-door Wrangler and 4-door Wrangler Unlimited) with three trim levels (Sport, Sahara, and Rubicon) as well as three optional packages (Willys Edition, the Freedom Edition, and the Black & Tan Edition). An optional 3.0L V-6 EcoDiesel engine with an estimated 442 lb-ft of torque should be available solely on the Wrangler Unlimited model at mid-year.
2020 Jeep Wrangler Comes with Amazing Array of Features
The new Willys Edition package has a limited-slip rear differential, 32" mud tires, and aggressive rock rails. Another new package, the Freedom Edition, has unique design touches inside and out honoring the US military. The final new package, the Black and Tan, features a soft top (tan) and exterior badging (black).
On the interior, Jeep's proprietary Uconnect system is still in service on the three variable screen sizes available (depending on the selected trim and package), allowing for hands-free phone calls and Bluetooth connectivity for devices. All trims feature steering wheel mounted audio controls, a vehicle information center, illuminated cup holders, cargo tie-down loops, and 12-volt power outlets in the vehicle's front and rear.Â
Push-button start, remote keyless entry, a remote start system, Apple's CarPlay service, Android Auto service, SiriusXM Satellite Radio, and a high-end Alpine audio system are optional extras.

2020 Wrangler Powertrain and Its Performance
Each Jeep Wrangler trim comes with a standard 285 hp 3.6L V-6 engine, with an optional turbocharged 270 hp 2.0L inline four-cylinder model for some models. However, both engine options are available with additional eTorque assist in the Sahara trim. Part-time four-wheel drive (4WD) is standard on all models, and all models feature a choice between a six-speed manual and an eight-speed automatic transmission.
Technologies to Keep You Safe
Jeep offers several optional driver assistance technologies(again, depending on the trim and package desired), such as blind-spot monitoring, a panic alarm, vehicle immobilizer, security system, rear-cross traffic alerts, and rear parking sensors. The Wrangler standard safety and security features include a tire pressure monitoring system, traction control, supplemental front-seat side airbags, rear backup camera, hill start assist, electronic stability control, and roll mitigation.
