Jeep and RAM recently brought some exciting concepts to SEMA. Here are a few examples of what they got to the show.
Jeep and RAM Concepts
One example is the Jeep CJ Surge Concept. This is an electromoded version of a previous car. They are exploring how they can make their battery more efficient with the propulsion model that uses an electric approach. This will end up being possibly used in the EV crate motor that's used for Jeeps.
Something else that was shown off here was the Ram 1500 Backcountry X. It starts with similar concepts as the Ram 1500 but then adds more such as the new RamRack storage options expanding on that vehicle.
Another one that they are showing off is the Ram 1500 TRX Gold. It has some Mopar accessories as well as the 37-inch tires, which you can't get right now, but you will be able to soon. In general, these companies are showing off a lot of power. This includes the two four lithium-ion batteries that are in a custom shell right behind the front seats for the Surge, for example.
You got the huge tires for the TRX, the expanded bed storage for the X, more gear storage, and more besides, Just from the one show, you see a lot of different new concepts coming out. There's an emphasis on electric approaches and more space for these sorts of cars coming out. These are mega trends that people are looking for, which means that companies like Jeep and RAM are providing them as much as they can to capitalize.
People are just interested in being able to carry more with less of an impact on the environment. That's where all the efficiency and even zero-carbon options come in. You can get a bit of everything when it comes to what you want.
