What's New for the 2022 Jeep Gladiator?

The 2022 Jeep Gladiator will make for a great choice driving around the Scottsdale, AZ area. Changes this year include some improvements to the Jeep's technology. The Jeep Gladiator now gets a standard seven-inch touchscreen if you get the Sport trim. The Sport's touchscreen also comes with smartphone pairing. The other trims now have a larger standard infotainment display, an 8.4-inch touchscreen. An Alpine audio system is included on most models as well, and they all have integrated navigation.

2022 Gladiator Trims & Features

The 2022 Gladiator comes in four trims. The lineup starts with the Sport, which is followed by the Overland, the Rubicon, and the top Mojave trim. All trims share a cargo bed of the same length, which is a total of five feet. Four-wheel drive is standard across the lineup. The Overland also adds a touch of luxury with a leather steering wheel. The Rubicon has an off-road theme with 33-inch all-terrain tires, FOX shocks, upgraded cloth upholstery, and skid plates. The Mojave follows with a reinforced frame, a lifted front suspension system, special shock absorbers, and a Desert Rated badge. LED headlights are available, along with a heated steering wheel and heated front seats.

2022 Jeep Gladiator Horsepower

You can get two different engines with the 2022 Jeep Gladiator. The base is a 3.6L V6 engine that cranks out 285 HP in maximum power and 260 LB-FT of torque. You also have the option of getting a diesel turbo engine with six cylinders. The diesel produces 260 HP and over 440 LB-FT in torque. The base engine comes with a six-speed manual for its transmission, while an eight-speed automatic is optional. The diesel is paired with the automatic transmission.

The Gladiator comes with trailer sway damping control for safety. Adaptive cruise control, rear parking sensors, blind-spot monitoring, and a camera are optional.
