Phoenix Dog Adoption

Happy New Year from AZPyrs! We are excited to introduce you to our newest adoptable dog here in Phoenix: Sasha!

Sasha is a gorgeous five-year-old Great Pyrenees, who was turned into our rescue over the holidays. Sadly, her owner had to move out of state and was not able to take her with him, meaning that Sasha is now looking for a new forever home.

This type of circumstance happens all the time, and while it’s a great loss for our beautiful girl’s past owner, it’s a wonderful opportunity for a new, loving family looking to adopt a wonderful dog here in the Valley!

Sasha loves playing with other dogs, though we’ve found that she is not particularly friendly with those of the feline persuasion - she is a chaser! She does have a bit of hip dysplasia starting, which is typical of older, larger dogs, but she loves cuddles and short walks, so don’t let that stop you from having this lovely lady be a member of your family this New Year.

If interested in getting to know a little bit more about sweet Sasha, please contact us at AZPYRS.com or look on our Facebook page and message Linda Herr.

We look forward to helping you get to know Sasha, as well as our other dogs up for adoption, today!
