Challenger and Town & Country Rank High in New J.D. Power Study

The Chrysler Town & Country and the Dodge Challenger both ranked high in J.D. Power’s 2016 U.S. Initial Quality Study.

“Dodge Challenger continues to impress new owners year after year with the muscle car now leading the Midsize Sporty Car segment in initial quality for the third straight year and the fourth time in six years,” said Scott Garberding, Head of Quality, FCA – Global. “Chrysler and Dodge minivans continue their leadership position in the segment by taking the top two spots in initial quality.”

For the third year in a row, the Challenger was ranked at the top of J.D. Power’s Midsize Sport Car segment, while the Town & Country ranked highest among its competitors in the study’s Minivan category. The Initial Quality Study is based on feedback from over 80,000 car shoppers, who either bought or leased a new 2016 model-year car. Drivers were then asked to identify any problems with their cars; vehicles with the least amount of complaints earned leading spots in the study.

The Town & Country and the Challenger both offer customers a terrific arsenal of family-friendly, sport features. From the 707-horsepower Hellcat powertrain on the Challenger to the high-quality safety features on the Town & Country, drivers are sure to find what they're looking for in our stock of Dodge and Chrysler cars in Scottsdale.
