Ram Named 'Best Non-Luxury Brand' in Total Quality Index

Ram has been named the “Best Non-Luxury Brand” by Strategic Vision’s annual Total Quality Index study. The study surveys thousands of car customers to discover which brands provide the highest vehicle quality and this year Ram came out on top.

“This is the first time FCA has ranked highest in the 20-year history of the Total Quality Index and we're honored to receive this award. Our unwavering commitment to the highest level of quality as a company is being recognized on a national level while our world-class vehicle lineup continues to attract new customers as well as those who have been purchasing our products for years,” Matt Liddane, Vice President – Quality, FCA-North America said of the honor.

This is the 20th year for the Total Quality Index study and we’re very excited to see Ram’s name at the top of the list. Ram trucks continue to be unwaveringly popular with truck shoppers around Phoenix and this study shows exactly why customers keep coming back year after year.

Airpark is also proud to announce that Ram was not the only one of our brands to be called out by the Total Quality Index. The Dodge Challenger and Dodge Charger also ranked number 1 in their categories, as did the Dodge Durango and the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited.
