The 2014 Ram 1500 has become a hot commodity since it debuted this year with a 3.6L Pentastar V-6 engine and eight-speed automatic transmission, and because the powertrain has been so successful, Ram has decided to now offer the incredible setup on the 1500's Laramie trim level! With this upgrade, Ram is extending their options for buyers who choose to purchase a Ram, and by selecting the setup, Ram owners will be able to appreciate the benefits of better fuel economy. The powertrain will also lower the price of the Laramie model, allowing buyers to upgrade for less.
Outfitted with the Pentastar 3.6L V-6 engine, the Ram Laramie will be able to deliver 305 horsepower and 269 lb.-ft. of torque. It will also achieve an estimated 25-mpg highway, 17-mpg city and 20-mpg combined, providing excellent fuel economy. As of right now, the 2014 Ram Laramie Pentastar V-6 model is not yet available to the public, but it is on its way.
